About Dr. MacGregor

Primary Care, Pediatric and Neuro Optometry
Dr. Chelsea MacGregor brings a rich blend of clinical expertise, research excellence,  and compassionate care to Visionary Eye Center. Originally from Toronto, Canada,  Dr. MacGregor earned her BSc in Neuroscience with honors from the University of  Guelph. She completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at Nova Southeastern  University, where she served as student body president and was published in the  Journal of Neuroscience for her undergraduate research.

Dr. MacGregor completed a rigorous residency in Pediatrics and Neuro-Optometry  in Charleston, South Carolina, deepening her passion for treating complex visual and  neurological conditions. Her specialties include pediatric care, binocular vision, and  post-concussion visual rehabilitation.

An active community advocate, she is an InfantSEE provider and volunteers with the  Special Olympics. She is also deeply committed to inclusive care for non-speaking  individuals and continues educating others on accessibility in healthcare. Now proud to call Jupiter home, Dr. MacGregor and her husband enjoy life with their  playful Cavapoo, Mila. When she’s not helping patients, you’ll find her walking on the  beach or soaking up the sunshine.
